Football Recap: Swett Comes Up Short

The Swett Warriors came up short against the De Anza Dons on Saturday and fell 19-7. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Swett's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for De Anza, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Swett will face off against rival El Cerrito at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, De Anza is set to take on their familiar foe Hercules at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Dons 12.1, the Titans 11.9) so any points scored will be well earned.
