Coventry extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Ruby Moritz. The Comets put the hurt on the Woodridge Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday thanks in part to Moritz, who had 12 assists and three aces. Moritz is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Coventry took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Coventry's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Woodridge, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coventry didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Field on the 4th. As for Woodridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Walsh Jesuit on the 2nd.
