Volleyball Recap: Piedmont Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Piedmont came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Cuthbertson Cavaliers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cavaliers this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in September.

Piedmont has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. As for Cuthbertson, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Piedmont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cuthbertson, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Marvin Ridge on the 14th.
