Beaver can bid farewell to their five-match losing streak thanks to their match on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Valley Buffalos as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Beavers: when they faced off against the Buffalos back in August, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Beaver never let Valley on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15, 27-25.

Beaver's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-9.

Beaver does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley, after both having extra time off, they and Milford will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
