Baseball Recap: Bartlett Comes Up Short

Bartlett lost against Geneva back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Bartlett fell just short of Geneva by a score of 6-5. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bartlett saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brandon Pelz, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another was Vince Kamarat, who scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

Bartlett now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Geneva, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Bartlett will face off against Batavia at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Geneva, they will square off against Glenbard West at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
