Norwalk took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Tuesday. They skirted past the La Quinta Aztecs 55-53. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Lancers have posted since January 3rd.

David Zazueta went supernova, dropping a double-double with 27 points and 12 boards. Another player making a difference was Jesus Sanchez, who went 5-for-9 on his way to 11 points and six rebounds.

Coming up, Norwalk will take on Anaheim at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for La Quinta, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Katella at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
