Football Recap: Maple Mountain Golden Eagles vs. Timpview Thunderbirds
Maple Mountain had lost three straight at home, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-5 to make it four. They lost 44-20 to the Timpview Thunderbirds. The Golden Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Thunderbirds from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.
When it comes to explaining why Maple Mountain lost, don't look at Brooks Ross. Despite the final result, he picked up 139 receiving yards and one TD. Kyren Jones got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
