Sedro-Woolley scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Shorecrest Scots, falling 20-14. While the Cubs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Scots 10-5 in the first period.

Sedro-Woolley dropped their record down to 4-6 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Shorecrest, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.
