Canton is 8-2 against Salem since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Cobras will be playing at home against the Rocks at 4:00 p.m. Canton has given up an average of 7.3 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Canton lost 14-4 to South Lyon on Monday.

Alisha Lynch and Avarie Spuller stepped up to the plate in a big way. Lynch scored two runs while going 2-for-2, while Spuller went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Sophia Shingles, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Salem and Hartland finished up their match with a 10-10 tie on Monday.

Canton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. With that draw, Salem's record moves to 0-1-1.
