Baseball Recap: Coe-Brown Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Sanborn Regional on Friday, Coe-Brown Academy came back down to earth. The Bears took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oyster River Bobcats on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Bears in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost six in a row.

Coe-Brown Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Oyster River, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.

Coe-Brown Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 8-1 defeat against Kennett on the 21st. As for Oyster River, they have also already played their next game, a 5-4 loss against Hollis-Brookline on the 20th.
