Jake Westmoreland put up the most passing touchdowns he's had since back in October of 2024 on Thursday. He threw for 178 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Alvin back in September of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Westmoreland and Pearland will host Manvel at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. The Oilers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Mavericks thanks in part to Westmoreland: he threw for 247 yards and three TDs on only 19 passes, and also punched in one score on the ground.
