Basketball Recap: Upper Lake Comes Up Short

Upper Lake was the 67-52 winner over Fort Bragg when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Upper Lake Cougars fell to the Fort Bragg Timberwolves 65-61. The Cougars just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Upper Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Fort Bragg, they moved to 5-12 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Upper Lake has already played their next game (against Cloverdale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fort Bragg will challenge Lower Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Fort Bragg is facing Lower Lake at the right time seeing as Lower Lake is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
