Basketball Recap: Iowa-Grant Takes a Loss

Iowa-Grant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 60-51 to the Riverdale Chieftains. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-30 back in December of 2024.

Iowa-Grant's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Riverdale, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-9.

Iowa-Grant has already played their next game (against River Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Riverdale is taking a road trip to face off against Wauzeka-Steuben at 7:15 p.m. on February 13th.
