Baseball Game Preview: West-Oak Warriors vs. Pendleton Bulldogs

For the second straight game, West-Oak will face off against Pendleton. The Warriors are taking a road trip to square off against the Bulldogs at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. West-Oak is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

West-Oak came up short against Pendleton on Tuesday, falling 9-1.

For Pendleton's part, their win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kobe Gentry, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Gentry has become a key player for the Bulldogs: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 4-7 otherwise.

Pendleton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

West-Oak's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Pendleton, they moved to 7-7 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
