Soccer Recap: Four Straight Home Wins for Grand County

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Grand County had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Beaver Beavers. Grand County haven't had any issues with Beaver recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Grand County's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four matchups. As for Beaver, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Grand County will challenge South Sevier at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. South Sevier will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Grand County surely won't give up without a fight. Beaver does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
