Softball Recap: Lake Taylor Sets Scoring Season-High Against Manor

Lake Taylor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Manor Mustangs, falling 24-9. On the bright side, the nine- run effort marked the Titans' highest-scoring contest to date.

Lake Taylor's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Manor, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 3-6-1 record.

Lake Taylor and Manor will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Titans see the field they'll take on Norview at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Manor, their break will end when they face Norcom at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
