There's no place like home for Admiral Farragut, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Canterbury Crusaders on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the BlueJackets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Admiral Farragut never let Canterbury on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-22, 25-9.

Admiral Farragut can attribute much of their success to Makayla Berlin, who had six digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Berlin a new career-high.

Berlin wasn't the only good server: Admiral Farragut was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 25 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Admiral Farragut's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-4. As for Canterbury, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Admiral Farragut and Canterbury will both be playing Lakeside Christian the next time they take the court. The Crusaders will host the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the BlueJackets will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
