Basketball Recap: Haverling Comes Up Short

Haverling lost against Pavilion back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Haverling Rams took a hard 71-57 fall against the Pavilion Golden Gophers.

Haverling now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Pavilion, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haverling will take on Hornell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hornell will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Haverling surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pavilion, they will challenge Mount Morris at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mount Morris knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Pavilion likes a good challenge.
