Woodland will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating Hominy, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Woodland came out on top against Hominy by a score of 43-31 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Hennessey came up short against Okarche on Tuesday and fell 51-43. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost seven in a row.

Woodland is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.2 points per game. As for Hennessey, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.
