Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Overton). They breezed by the New Summerfield Hornets to the tune of 57-24 on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Mustangs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Overton's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-11. As for New Summerfield, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Overton has already played their next contest (against Carlisle), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. New Summerfield will host Mt. Enterprise at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. New Summerfield has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
