Basketball Game Preview: Pasadena Eagles vs. West Fork Gators

The Pasadena Eagles will take on the West Fork Gators at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Pasadena has given up an average of 50.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pasadena is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Tuesday. They were dealt a 65-31 defeat at the hands of Crosby.

Meanwhile, West Fork had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Kingwood Park by a score of 46-34 on Tuesday.

Pasadena better focus on containing Nadia Camacho and Emma Ledesma as the pair were huge in West Fork's win. Camacho went 7-for-15 on her way to 15 points, while Ledesma posted ten points. The dominant performance also gave Ledesma a new career-high in field goal percentage (57%).

Pasadena's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for West Fork, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10.

Pasadena came up short against West Fork in their previous matchup back in January of 2025, falling 36-32. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
