Soccer Recap: Norfolk Academy Starts Season with Victory at Home

Norfolk Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They never let the Peninsula Catholic Knights get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. It was an even better day for Maria Delyannis as she scored five goals for her team.

This is the second loss in a row for Peninsula Catholic and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Norfolk Academy will venture away from home to square off against Currituck County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Peninsula Catholic, they will challenge Walsingham Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
