Volleyball Game Preview: West Point Warriors vs. Lawrence County Red Devils

West Point hasn't had much luck against Lawrence County recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Warriors will take on the Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. Lawrence County took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on West Point, who comes in off a win.

West Point took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They came out on top against Hamilton by a score of 2-0. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Aggies: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Lawrence County came up short against Baldwin County on Saturday and fell 2-0.

West Point's victory bumped their record up to 22-12. As for Lawrence County, their loss dropped their record down to 24-29.

Everything went West Point's way against Lawrence County in their previous meeting back in September, as West Point made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
