Volleyball Recap: Apalachee Takes a Loss

Apalachee lost against Oconee County back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors.

While Apalachee ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21.

Apalachee now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Oconee County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Coming up, Apalachee will challenge Walnut Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oconee County, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Grayson on the 9th.
