Atlee entered their tilt with Highland Springs on Thursday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Springers with a sharp 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Raiders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Atlee walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-16, 25-8, 25-19.

Atlee's win bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Highland Springs, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Atlee will host Deep Run at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Highland Springs, they will be playing at home against Meadowbrook at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
