King had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They walked away with a 65-54 win over the South Kent School Cardinals.

Aj Trimboli continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 8 of 16 en route to 21 points along with five assists and three steals. Matthew Robinson also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

King pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for South Kent School, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

King will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Luke's at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. King knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 contests -- so hopefully St. Luke's likes a good challenge. As for South Kent School, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against New Hampton School at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
