Volleyball Recap: South Central Wins Going Away Against Elkhart

The South Central Satellites got the win against the Elkhart Lions on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Satellites.

The win didn't come easy: Elkhart scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 25-18.

Logan Terkovitz paced South Central's offense, picking up 15 kills. Terkovitz got some help from Clayten Strauch and his 29 assists. Terkovitz was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

South Central's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-4. As for Elkhart, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

South Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Morgan Township on the 30th. As for Elkhart, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Penn on the 1st.
