If Indian Land wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Rock Hill, they should've done a better job of containing Emma Paat. The Bearcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors on Thursday thanks in part to Paat, who had 19 digs and two assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Rock Hill's got stronger as the match went on, holding Indian Land to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-16, 25-14.

Rock Hill's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Indian Land, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Rock Hill will challenge rival Fort Mill at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Indian Land is set to take on their familiar foe Nation Ford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
