Basketball Recap: Juneau-Douglas Comes Up Short

Juneau-Douglas lost against Ketchikan back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ketchikan Kings.

Juneau-Douglas' defeat dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Ketchikan, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

While Juneau-Douglas had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
