Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Hewitt-Trussville's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 62-55 to Auburn.

Hewitt-Trussville's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Gadsden City, their win bumped their record up to 10-0.

Gadsden City beat Hewitt-Trussville 59-47 in their previous matchup on November 6th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
