Baseball Recap: Clover Blue Eagles vs. Rock Hill Bearcats
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clover). They blew past the Rock Hill Bearcats 12-2 on Tuesday. This was payback for the Blue Eagles, who suffered a 10-9 loss the last time these two teams met.
Clover let TJ McCluney and Gavin McNulty run wild. McCluney scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 1-for-3, while McNulty went 2-for-3 with five RBI, one run, and one double. McCluney also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Logan Satter was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
