Rockingham County came tearing into Tuesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles get on the board and left with a 19-0 win. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 contests by six runs or more this season.

Carter Matthews was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Matthews was also big at the plate, getting on base in both of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
