Volleyball Recap: Mather Takes a Loss

Mather lost against Lake View back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rangers fell 2-0 to the Wildcats.

While Mather ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18.

Mather's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1.

Looking ahead, Mather will be playing in front of their home fans against Northtown at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Pumas will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Rangers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lake View, they will head out on the road to challenge North Grand at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
