Recap: Miami Christian Victors vs. Key West Conchs        
        
		
            
 The Miami Christian Victors had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They took down Key West 70-55. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
 Miami Christian's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Sebastian  Gonzalez, who  dropped  a double-double on 20 points and 11  rebounds. The  matchup was  Gonzalez's 13th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Ken Luzbet, who  scored 16 points.
 Despite the  defeat, Key West saw an underclassman step up:  James Osborne  scored 23 points along with three  steals. Osborne scored a full 41.8% of Key West's points, the ninth time in a row he's  earned more than a third of the team's points.  Tramane Scott was another key contributor,  scoring 11 points along with eight  rebounds and three  steals.
 Miami Christian's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Key West, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
 Miami Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Homestead at 7:30  p.m.  on Monday. Homestead has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 521 points over their last seven contests. Key West will be staying on the road  on Wednesday to face off against Somerset Academy at 7:30  p.m.  on January 10th. Somerset Academy will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive.
