Basketball Recap: Olivet Takes a Loss

Olivet lost against Ionia back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Olivet Eagles fell 49-38 to the Ionia Bulldogs. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Olivet's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Ionia, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Coming up, Olivet will venture away from home to take on Eaton Rapids at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ionia, they will take on Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
