Charles J. Colgan won the last time they faced Forest Park and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sharks walked away with a 6-2 win over the Bruins. The victory was nothing new for the Sharks as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Dorsey Grose spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up nine Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Cate Jurack, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Alecia McCray, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Charles J. Colgan's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 13.2 runs. As for Forest Park, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6.

Coming up, Charles J. Colgan will host John Champe at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.14 runs per game on average), something the Sharks will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Forest Park, they will head out to square off against Gar-Field at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bruins are facing the Red Wolves at the right time seeing as the Red Wolves are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
