Baseball Recap: Brandon Lall Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Harry S. Truman

Neshaminy was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Harry S. Truman on Monday. The Skins' pitcher stepped up to hand the Tigers a 14-0 shutout. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Skins considering their two-run performance the game before.

Jared Kligerman tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Neshaminy got a massive performance out of Brandon Lall, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4. Noah Wallace was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.

Neshaminy's record now sits at 2-3. As for Harry S. Truman, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Neshaminy beat the Tigers by a score of 9-1 on Tuesday.
