Volleyball Game Preview: Chapel Hill Red Devils vs. Harmony Eagles

Chapel Hill is 0-10 against Harmony since October of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Red Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Chapel Hill will be strutting in after a win while Harmony will be coming in after a loss.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Chapel Hill and Hughes Springs meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. The Red Devils put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24, 25-16.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Harmony and New Diana, and New Diana kept the tradition alive. Harmony came up short against New Diana on Friday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Harmony has suffered against New Diana since October 30, 2018.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 25-17.

Chapel Hill's win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Harmony, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
