            Basketball Recap: Mullan Tigers vs. Wallace Miners        
        
		
        
        
            Mullan was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They were dealt  a  58-20 loss at the hands of the Wallace Miners. The Tigers were down  49-15 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
 Wallace's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Cooper Miller, who  posted eight  points along with eight  assists and eight  boards.  Henry Larson also deserves some recognition as  he  posted his first  block of the season.
Mullan's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wallace, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record  this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mullan will welcome Kootenai  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Wallace, they will host Genesis Prep Academy  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
