Football Recap: Princeton's Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Princeton and Elder squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Princeton had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 32-30. The Vikings were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in October of 2020.

Princeton's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-3. As for Elder, the win keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Princeton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Elder, they will square off against St. Xavier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bombers' defense has only allowed 11 points per game this season, so the Panthers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
