Volleyball Recap: Arabia Mountain Falls to Druid Hills in First Game of Season

Arabia Mountain unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Druid Hills Red Devils on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost five in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-10.

Among those leading the charge was Kassidy Manning, who had seven aces and five assists. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024.

The win (which was Druid Hills' third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Arabia Mountain has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Clarkston on the 9th. As for Druid Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Chamblee on the 9th.
