Braymer and Polo pushed the score to 18-10 the last time they played Polo, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Bobcats fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. The Bobcats' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Braymer's defeat dropped their record down to 16-3. As for Polo, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 16-5.

Coming up, Braymer will challenge South Harrison at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bobcats are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Polo, they will take on Wellington-Napoleon at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in the Panthers' favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while the Tigers have been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
