Westview is 4-0 against Peoria since November of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Westview Knights will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge the Peoria Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Both teams beat their previous opponents by a single goal, so this matchup might be just as contested.

Peoria is hoping to do what Combs couldn't on Friday: put an end to Westview's winning streak, which now stands at six games. Westview never let Combs onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. Alain Poisot had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Knights.

Meanwhile, Peoria's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Moon Valley. That's two games straight that the Panthers have won by just one goal.

Peoria pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three games. As for Westview, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Westview was able to grind out a solid win over Peoria when the teams last played back in November of 2022, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Westview since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
