After three games on the road, Knox Central is heading back home. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Panthers takes on the Bell County Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Knox Central will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.

Knox Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by McCreary Central on the road to the tune of 40-12 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Bell County waltzed into their game on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They walked away with a 14-3 victory over the Rockets. The 14-point effort marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Bell County relied on the efforts of Kaleb Miller, who rushed for 209 yards while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, and Blake Burnett, who rushed for 75 yards and a touchdown. Miller showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 63 yards.

Bell County was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 283 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2023.
