Baseball Preview: Church Point Bears vs. Comeaux Spartans
The Church Point Bears will be taking part in a tournament against the Comeaux Spartans at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Comeaux took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Church Point, who comes in off a win.
Church Point is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Opelousas get on the board and left with a 20-0 victory on Friday. While the Bears didn't have the best season last year (they finished 13-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Church Point let Waylon Castille and Ethan Little run wild. Castille scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Little scored three runs while going 2-for-2.
