Recap: New Manna Christian Wind vs. Tabernacle Christian Ram
The New Manna Christian Wind can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They put the hurt on Tabernacle Christian with a sharp 78-58 win. Winning may never get old, but New Manna Christian sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Leading New Manna Christian to victory were Micah Wagner and A J Goode. Wagner scored 25 points, while Goode scored 28 points. Wagner has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Cannon Stamey, who scored 12 points.
New Manna Christian is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Tabernacle Christian, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Manna Christian and Bethel Christian Academy will face off at 5:00 p.m. on February 1st without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Tabernacle Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Abundant Life Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
