Laurel never let their opponents score on Friday. They breezed past the Rochester Rams to the tune of 40-0. The Spartans' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Luca Santini looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 86 yards and two touchdowns on perfect 5-for-5 passing, while also punching in one TD on the ground. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (177.1). Nathan Hill helped Santini out on the ground, rushing for 27 yards and a pair of scores.

Laurel didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Lewis Weiher, Mason Moser, and Jaxson McVicker picked up one apiece.
