Bentley had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.4 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Monday. They claimed a resounding 78-36 win over the Atherton Wolverines. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-24 back in December of 2024.

Bentley's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.0 points over those games. As for Atherton, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Looking ahead, Bentley will head out to take on Atherton at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th. As for Atherton, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
