Basketball Recap: St. George's Dragons vs. Reardan Screaming Eagles
St. George had lost seven straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Saturday they dropped down to 2-4 to make it eight. They took a blow against the Reardan Screaming Eagles, falling 68-36. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 104th, while the Screaming Eagles are ranked 20th).
Stephen Liu was St. George's leading scorer, having posted 11 points. Adrian Rooney held things down on the boards with seven rebounds. Zach You took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with four assists.
