Great Valley lost to Kennett back in May of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Great Valley Patriots put the hurt on the Kennett Blue Demons with a sharp 14-6 win.

Danny Carr was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out 11 batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. Carr was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with an RBI.

In other batting news, Alex Bartlett was incredible, going 4-for-5 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. Julian Conner was another key contributor, scoring two runs while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

Great Valley's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Great Valley will take on East at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kennett, they will be playing at home against Henderson at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
